successAnalyzing an evolving portfolio of complex tax operations to
provide meaningful business insightsIdentifying potential
opportunities and risks and communicating these to our
clientsLearning and researching current market trends, to maintain

activitiesResearching our clients' business operations and building
long-lasting relationships to tailor your advice to their specific
needsSupervising a motivated team of professionals, guaranteeing
they have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to reach their
full potentialTo qualify for the role, you must haveA bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related
disciplineProfessional knowledge in a broad range of state and
local Income/Franchise tax processes, concepts and toolsExperience
managing budgets, people and projectsA proven record of excellence
in a professional services or tax organizationTechnical writing and
research experience in a tax contextThe ability to prioritize when
working on multiple complex projectsStrong influencing skills, and
the confidence to question existing processesWillingness to travel
as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environmentYou'll also
haveAn achieved CPA qualification, certification as a member of the
Institute for Professionals in Taxation or be a member of a state

compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on
your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the
business. The salary range for this job in most geographic
locations in the US is $94600 to $173400. The salary range for New
York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding
Sacramento) is $113500 to $197000. Individual salaries within those
ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including
but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and
geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical
and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of
paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, youll
decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal
