Looking For: 2 to 35 years of full-cycle accounting experience
Experience in manufacturing or distribution is required Epicor ERP
experience is a plus No degree required Key Responsibilities of the
Accounting Manager: Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly
financial statements and reports to support business decisions
Manage credit and collections processes to optimize cash flow and
reduce risk Oversee daily cash management activities, ensuring
accurate tracking and forecasting Supervise and mentor a small
accounting team, fostering growth and efficiency Maintain thorough
and compliant financial records to meet audit and regulatory
