Director of Revenue Cycle A respected health organization is seeking a Privacy Officer . The Role: You'll oversee all revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, and reimbursements, while ensuring the organization meets regulatory requirements and financial goals. You'll also serve as Assistant Compliance Officer , proactively staying ahead of changing regulations on both the financial and privacy fronts. This is more than a back-office role - it's a seat at the leadership table. Responsibilities Include: Monitoring and meeting daily, quarterly, and annual goals related to coding, billing, and reimbursements Ensuring governmental compliance and privacy standards are consistently met Acting as a resource to leadership on financial, compliance, and regulatory matters Taking a proactive approach in researching upcoming regulatory changes Supporting and mentoring staff in business office operations Ideal Candidate Background: Minimum 5 years in hospital business office leadership Strong understanding of medical coding and its impact on claims Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare reimbursement practices Experience with healthcare compliance and privacy rules (HIPAA, CMS, etc.) Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Confident communicator, capable of building rapport across all levels of leadership Salary: $105,000 to $160,000 INJUN2025
