A people-first, growing company with a 40 year history of innovation and success Industry leader known for energy-efficient and sustainable building envelope solutions Family-oriented culture with strong values and commitment to their employees and customers Competitive salary, robust benefits, and the opportunity to work from home What You'll Do: Lead the day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting Own month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Serve as a key liaison with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies Provide insightful financial analysis to guide business decisions Mentor and lead a strong accounting team, fostering continuous improvement Develop and enforce internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP Collaborate with senior leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Manufacturing industry experience required Experience being involved in ERP implementation
