Generous paid time off and comprehensive benefits from day one Family-first culture with a strong emphasis on community involvement Opportunities for growth and development in a stable, expanding company Job Details Responsibilities: Develop and maintain costing systems, including labor routings and material costs Ensure accurate inventory valuation and oversee physical inventory counts and reconciliations Analyze cost variances and provide actionable insights to improve profitability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate item master data and support new product setups Support customer pricing strategies by preparing cost estimates and analyzing profit margins Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including cost modeling and inventory movement analysis Lead initiatives to improve standard costing processes and drive automation and efficiency Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar area of study 3 years of experience in cost accounting, inventory accounting, or a similar role Proficiency with Microsoft D365 and experience with planning tools (Planful or Hyperion preferred) Strong Excel-based financial modeling skills Experience working with multiple databases and integrating data from various sources Interested in hearing more?
