FP&A Manager ABOUT THE COMPANY Global, multibillion-dollar manufacturing company is looking to add a FP&A Manager to their growing finance team. The FP&A Manager will play a pivotal part in Segment level financial reporting and performance management. Great opportunity for someone looking to make an impact with a growing, dynamic company. Lead daily KPI and P&L reviews; standardize metrics and improve reporting processes. Support strategic planning, forecasting, earnings materials, and board reporting with market and competitor analysis. Build and maintain data-driven models to support financial insights and decision-making. Provide FP&A support, including monthly analysis, reforecasting, and variance reporting. Develop ROI models for M&A and evaluate executive-level initiatives. Deliver ad-hoc reports and proactive financial reviews to identify issues and recommend solutions. Drive continuous improvement in financial tools, reporting, and processes. Experience Preferred: FPA Manager : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Advanced degree and/or a CPA is strongly preferred. Minimum of 7 years of relevant and progressive accounting/finance experience including financial leadership, public accounting and/or manufacturing experience with consolidations, audits, financial reporting, and public company finances. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with multi-site responsibility preferred. LI-BS1 INJUN2025
