integrated on-street parking management, and more. WORK LOCATION
This is a remote position with eligibility in the following states:
AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MO, MN,
NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, VT, D.C. Candidates
must reside in one of the following locations for consideration.

sponsorship requirements. PAY TRANSPARANCY This role will offer
$130,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
Employees may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and
additional benefits as part of our total rewards package. WORKING
HOURS Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM POSITION SUMMARY The Sr
Director of FP&A will serve as a key architect of Duncan
Solutions’ financial strategy, enabling visibility, alignment, and
accountability across the enterprise. This highly visible
leadership role will oversee company-wide budgeting, forecasting,
financial modeling, and performance reporting, while also
supporting M&A initiatives, systems enablement, and data
transformation. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking and
operational execution, and thrives in fast-paced, PE-backed
environments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the
annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-range
planning in collaboration with executive team and business unit
leaders Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and
executive dashboards to enable real-time decision making, including
26-week cash flow forecasts, customer pricing and profitability
analyses, and ROI evaluations Redesign of client profitability
methodology and reporting capabilities Analyze revenue trends,
margin performance, and cost drivers; provide data-driven
recommendations to improve business results Support accounting
function on monthly close process by identifying variances and
deviations in advance of financial report issuance Lead Finance
Business Partner with cross-functional leaders (Tolling,
Technology, HR, Legal/Compliance) to ensure financial performance,
evaluate initiatives, prioritize investments, and align resources
Support M&A activity including financial modeling, valuation,
synergy analysis, integration planning, and post-close performance
tracking Leverage AI/ML-enabled forecasting tools and predictive
analytics to improve forecast accuracy and scenario planning
Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual FP&A
processes and streamline reporting to free up team capacity
Standardize financial reporting in NetSuite and Vena: own the
development of key KPIs and reporting infrastructure Prepare
financial presentations for executive leadership, Board of
Directors, and private equity sponsor Other duties as assigned What
You’ll Need to Succeed Demonstrated ability to lead planning and
performance reporting in multi-entity, tech-enabled, or
service-oriented organizations M&A experience required,
including financial modeling, valuation, and integration planning
Must be an Excel and PowerPoint expert Experience with NetSuite and
modern financial planning and business intelligence (BI) tools
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven forecasting or predictive analytics
tools and methodologies, specifically within AWS hosting (i.e.
QuickSight, DataBricks). Highly analytical with excellent
communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
Collaborative, proactive leadership style with the ability to
influence cross-functional decision-making Proven ability to build
and scale high-performing finance teams EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE /
SKILLS High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
required 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate
finance, or strategic finance roles Preferred Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Private
equity-backed company experience strongly preferred Experience with
NetSuite and modern planning tools is strongly preferred. Physical
