Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join their team. As a Credentialing Specialist, you will be part of the Credentialing Department supporting provider credentialing and recredentialing efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Credentialing Specialist Location: Menomonee Falls, WI Pay Range: Open Shift: 1st shift 8am-4:30pm What's the Job? Conduct high-volume verifications of provider credentials according to product and quality guidelines for provider credentialing and recredentialing Ensure accuracy of provider information in credentialing systems by matching provider entered data with all credentialing documents Perform outreach to providers to obtain completed credentialing applications Maintain timely processing of credentialing applications via the Dental Hub platform Adhere to compliance standards, including identity verification processes through id.me and NPDB access procedures What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent required Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and set challenging goals Familiarity with healthcare or dental industry credentialing processes is a strong plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with database or CRM software What's in it for me?
