benefit plan reporting needs. As the Senior Benefit Plans
Specialist - Reporting you'll help our health, welfare and
retirement benefit teams in the compilation and analysis of their
data by providing tracking towards key goals or metrics, developing
reports for both internal and external audiences, and being a
subject matter expert on vendor tools including our health data
warehouse. More specifically, as a senior reporting specialist you
will have the opportunity to: Create weekly/monthly/quarterly
dashboards from internal and vendor systems for our Health/Welfare
department and Retirement department. Prepare annual benefit plan
reports for external audiences by: Leveraging vendor reports for
ongoing execution and enhancements. Compiling data from multiple
sources and manipulating to complete calculations and gather
reporting information. Programming various tools (e.g., Word,
Excel, Power Bi) to output the desired reports. Collaborating with
other Benefit Plans stakeholders and the Communications department
on the design and content of the deliverable. Develop technical and
subject matter expertise for vendor applications, health data
warehouse and internal Wespath systems. Support health plan impact
analyses (wellness program impacts, cohort analyses, targeted
research) by developing metrics, datasets, dashboards and reports

the office Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelors' degree in
business, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics or
economics, related discipline, or equivalent work experience. 2
years of experience in data management/manipulation and data
warehousing or database experience, preferably in the financial
services, retirement or health benefits industry. Demonstrated
experience with data manipulation and the setup and use of database
systems. Expert proficiency with Excel and Word. Advanced
proficiency with Access, SQL, or other database tools. Preferred
Requirements/Qualifications: Data Visualization Experience - Able
to use visual elements like charts, graphs, and maps to provide an
accessible way to see trends and communicate data. Proficiency in
programing Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Experience with and
understanding of retirement, health and welfare plan data. Wespath
