alike. As a Property Maintenance Technician Lead, you will be
responsible for coordinating and executing various maintenance
tasks, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety
regulations. You will act as a liaison between management and the
maintenance team, providing guidance and support while promoting a
culture of excellence and team collaboration. The successful

the maintenance team and delegate tasks effectively Conduct regular
inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs Develop and
implement maintenance schedules and procedures Ensure compliance
with safety regulations and standards Collaborate with management
to create budgetary plans for maintenance and repairs Provide
training and support to maintenance staff to enhance their skills
and performance Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair
tasks, including inventory management and reporting Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications
preferred Proven experience in property maintenance or a related
field, with supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of
plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work Excellent
leadership and team management skills Ability to perform physical
tasks and lift heavy objects as necessary Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable
