Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and
maintaining machinery and mechanical/electronic equipment such as
engines, motors, CNC, pneumatic tools, hydraulic systems, conveyor
systems, and production machines and equipment while adhering to
safety and quality standards. This is a 1st shift opportunity from
5:00 am to 1:30 PM* *1st shift hours will be changing on 7/7/2025
to 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. You Will: /n - Analyze and resolve
mechanical issues /n - Analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve
most problems /n - Have knowledge of MP2 (Preventative Maintenance)
Program /n - Manage inventory of maintenance supplies/Contact
vendors /n - Ensure building security and building maintenance /n -
Complete scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) /n - Assist with
machinery and equipment installation /n - Certify employees in
forklift operations /n - Be proficient in most required department
equipment setups /n - Be proficient in applicable computer programs
and equipment controls /n - Have knowledge of all Standard
Operating Procedures for department equipment /n - Have knowledge
of power and department tools /n - Properly use measuring
instruments, gauges, meters /n - Have knowledge of pneumatics and
hydraulics /n - Be knowledgeable of mechanical processes /n - A.C./
D.C. Knowledge /n - Be certified in Lock Out/Tag Out procedures /n
- Maintain tools and tool storage area /n - Manage scrap metal/wood
disposal process /n - Have knowledge of large compactor operation
/n - Have knowledge of plant and departments layout /n - Complete
Industrial Lift Truck Certifications /n - Read and interpret
blueprints and schematics /n - Support Continuous Improvement /n -
Support new product development at maintenance level /n - Help
train department employees /n /n You Have: /n - High school diploma
or GED or equivalent work experience, apprenticeship desired /n - 4
years of applied maintenance shop experience; or equivalent
combination of education and training. /n - Knowledge of machining
technology, mechanical principles, advanced shop mathematics, job
layout and precision measuring procedures, setups, tooling
applications, operating methods and machining characteristics of
materials. /n /n Physical Requirements: While performing the duties
of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee is required to stand for extended periods of time. The
employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision. Work
Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee
is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level
in the work environment is usually moderate. Before joining our
