Oversee and perform a variety of office and field survey tasks
related to land development and civil engineering projects Lead and
guide field crews and survey technicians to ensure accuracy,
efficiency, and quality Prepare a wide range of surveys and
documents, including: Plats of Survey Subdivision Plats & CSMs
ALTA/ACSM Surveys Legal Descriptions & Exhibits Horizontal &
Vertical Control Surveys Aerial Mapping and GPS Surveying
Construction Layout & Mapping Create and review
construction-related survey documents and flood elevation
certificates Conduct thorough deed and survey research to ensure
accurate results Ensure all field activities align with state
statutes and industry standards (including ACSM guidelines)
Collaborate with civil engineering teams to manage the survey
components of active projects Utilize CADD and related software
with high proficiency to produce technical deliverables Who You
Are: Highly skilled in both field and office survey techniques
Confident in managing multiple projects and coordinating teams
Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering
software Knowledgeable in legal and technical aspects of land
surveying Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with
