Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide coverage for a maternity leave position in a K-12 school setting in Racine, WI. This full-time contract position runs from February through May 2026 and involves working directly onsite with students across all grade levels. Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and success Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin license as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required Strong clinical skills working with school-age children, K-12 Willingness to work onsite full time throughout the contract period Open to considering seasoned SLPs as well as highly qualified Clinical Fellows (CFs) Commitment to supporting student needs in a school environment Location: Racine, Wisconsin This contract assignment offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a school setting while gaining valuable experience during the current school year.
