They are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee key processes including metal fabrication, assembly, lasering, welding, and beyond. Description Maintain and further develop the QMS, utilizing previous experience in auditing (ISO9001) CI Implementation Lead a team of engineers and technicians, coaching and motivating towards common goals Establish strong control plans, SOPs, and top down integration Utilize quality core tools to drive continuous improvement efforts on a regular basis Develop and implement quality metrics, monitoring KPIs to ensure consistent evaluation and improvement across all operational areas Champion quality initiatives across departments, promoting the strong company culture that prioritizes high standards and accountability.
