Details: As a Permanent Technical Documentation & Quality Systems
Coordinator, you will be a critical component of our manufacturing
team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a professional to
leverage their skills in ISO90001, GD&T, compliance record
keeping, and document control. You will be providing both
administrative and technical support to our quality and engineering
teams, ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of our
manufacturing processes. With your keen attention to detail and
commitment to excellence, you will be instrumental in maintaining
the high standards of our operations. Responsibilities: 1. Maintain
compliance records to meet regulatory requirements, participating
in audits and record keeping final inspection documentation to
ensure adherence to established standards and procedures. 2.
Provide administrative and technical support to quality and
engineering teams, facilitating effective communication and
coordination among departments. 3. Manage Document Control,
ensuring that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily
accessible to relevant parties. 4. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues,
implementing corrective actions as necessary. 5. Review and
interpret engineering drawings, ensuring documentation accuracy. 6.
Generate technical reports, certificates of conformance, and
documentation per customer specs. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's
degree preferably in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related
field. 2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
within the manufacturing industry. 3. Demonstrated expertise in
ISO9001, GD&T, and compliance record keeping. 4. Proficient in
Document Control and administrative support. 5. Strong technical
writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and
accurate documentation. 6. Excellent organizational skills with a
keen attention to detail. 7. Strong problem-solving skills with the
ability to identify and implement effective solutions. 8. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
effectively with cross-functional teams. 9. Proven ability to
manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing effectively to
meet deadlines. 10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other
relevant software applications. This role is a fantastic
