Job Description:
Manufacturing Engineer position supporting the fabrication team
by providing technical guidance and driving process improvements in
sheet metal manufacturing. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of
experience, strong blueprint interpretation skills, and familiarity
with CAD tools and fabrication processes. Client Details Our client
is a leading provider of custom metal fabrication services, over
100 years in business and headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. This
organization specializes in producing high-quality metal components
and assemblies for a diverse range of industries, including
aerospace, defense, construction, energy, and infrastructure.
Description Interpret custom blueprints to determine most efficient
manufacturing processes Utilize CAD software to design components,
fixtures, and jigs Aid with process development Interface with
clients and sales teams to understand order specifications Analyze
metal fabrication processes and implement improvements as needed

Sheet metal fabrication experience (laser cutting, welding,
forming, grinding, ect) Strong experience with CAD software

Base salary up to $95,000 based on experience 3 weeks of PTO
