Responsibilities - Lead and manage municipal civil engineering
projects from start to finish. Prepare and present proposals to
secure new business. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and
client communication. Serve as the primary contact for municipal
clients while overseeing internal and external project teams.
Actively participate in expanding our presence in the Greater
Madison area and beyond. Coordinate with multidisciplinary staff
and sub-consultants to deliver high-quality results. Represent the
company in municipal meetings and public forums. Assist with
mentorship and development of junior team members. Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited U.S.
institution. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of
Wisconsin. Minimum of 8 years of progressive civil engineering
experience, including 2 years managing projects or teams. Strong
communication and leadership skills, with a client-focused
approach. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic
