Job Description:
Geoscience Specialist: Using LiDAR and Photogrammetry, perform
various height, surface survey analysis. Conduct geological and
geophysical field studies or surveys, sample collection, or
drilling and testing programs used to collect data. Analyze and
interpret geological, geotechnical, or geophysical info from
sources such as survey data, well logs, bore holes, or aerial
photos. Utilize trigonometry, coordinate geometry, and mapping
standards to eval/feed data into GIS. Generate maps by measuring
survey points, drawing AutoCAD sheets, and export to ArcGIS. Min
Reqmnts: Mstr's deg in Geoscience, Geosensing Engrg, reltd degr or
Equiv Foreign Degr plus 2 yrs of exp in the position offered or as
a Geospacial Engineer, Geographical Information Science Engineer or
Site Engineer. Exp must incl. Generating final maps by measuring
survey points, deploying GNSS device, drawing AutoCAD sheets, and
finally exporting to ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro. $81,328/yr. Med, Dental,
