development of next-generation simulation software products, with a

collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to translate customer
needs into innovative, AI-powered features that push the boundaries
of physics-based simulation. The ideal candidate is passionate
about the intersection of AI and engineering and is eager to
contribute to the democratization of simulation tools. Key Duties
and Responsibilities • Contribute to the design, implementation,
testing, and maintenance of software modules, with a focus on
integrating AI capabilities into simulation workflows. •
Collaborate with senior engineers and domain experts to understand
technical requirements and translate them into functional software
components. • Develop and refine prototypes for AI-driven features
under guidance and assist in transitioning them into
production-ready code. • Stay current with advancements in AI and
simulation technologies and contribute ideas to improve product
capabilities. • Works under the general supervision of a
development manager Minimum Education/Certification Requirements
and Experience • BS in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics,
Engineering, or a related field with 2 years of experience, or MS
in a relevant discipline. • Demonstrated experience in technical
software development through academic, research, or industry
projects. • Familiarity with modern software development practices.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills • Strong background in AI/ML,
including deep learning, large language models, computer vision, or
generative AI. • Experience with Python and frameworks such as
PyTorch or TensorFlow. • Familiarity with physics-based simulation
tools (e.g., LS-DYNA, Ansys), CAD modeling, or CFD. • Excellent
communication and collaboration skills, especially in distributed
team environments. • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced
environments and contribute to shaping early-stage ideas into
impactful features. • Bonus: Experience with real-time simulation,
