This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, talk with them about recommended solutions, and install new systems. Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician Deliver world class installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and service Identify and recommend system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and accessories to customers Assist in implementing operational processes and best practices Lead by example and help train future team members What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: 3 years residential HVAC experience (service & install) HVAC accreditation & EPA Certification Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work in varying conditions Professional appearance and strong communication and customer-facing skills A positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and a strong sense of pride in high-quality work. Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $38.00 , depending on your experience and knowledge. In addition, candidates are eligible for over $20K–$30K annual bonus potential for meeting performance goals (e.g., service quality, sales, customer satisfaction)
