Job Description:
Sodexo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Imaging Service
Engineer 3 to join our healthcare services team, focused on
providing exceptional maintenance and repair services for medical
imaging equipment within healthcare facilities. This role is
crucial in ensuring the operational efficiency, reliability, and
safety of imaging technology that supports crucial medical
diagnostics. Our goal is to enhance the healthcare environment
through improved equipment performance, aligning with Sodexo's
mission to improve the quality of life across all our service
areas. Perform routine and complex repairs and maintenance on
various types of medical imaging equipment, including MRI, CT,
X-ray, and ultrasound machines. Ensure compliance with all health
and safety regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of
technical advancements in medical imaging technology. Conduct
quality assurance tests and calibration for imaging equipment to
ensure it meets industry standards and delivers high-quality
results. Provide training and support to junior engineers and other
technicians as needed. Collaborate with medical staff and
administrative personnel to ensure equipment functionality aligns
with client needs and operational standards. Document all service
actions, ensuring comprehensive records are maintained for
compliance and operational continuity. Advanced knowledge of and
professional experience with medical imaging systems, including
their installation, maintenance, and repair. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, able to provide clear
instructions and support to team members and communicate
effectively with healthcare professionals. Proficient in the use of
diagnostic tools and software related to medical imaging
technology. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Certification by the International Certification Commission
(ICC) and/or the Association for the Advancement of Medical
Instrumentation (AAMI) as a Certified Radiology Equipment
Specialist (CRES) is preferred.
