Job Summary: As a regional manager, you will manage a team of IT professionals who support our business clients. You will work alongside other Regional Managers who perform the same role in different geographies and will work closely with our Service Delivery and Help Desk Manager(s) who provides shared services across our entire client base. In this role, you will be the external face of our company to our clients and will have the opportunity to work with many different types of organizations performing ongoing relationship management, triaging client service related issues, initiating and overseeing client projects, providing IT compliance and security risk management assessments, networking in the local community and providing local sales support for new prospect and referral opportunities alongside other dedicated sales resources. Internally, you will have direct line management over the local resources that deliver service to clients with responsibility for day-to-day employee management, employee scheduling and utilization, annual employee performance reviews and compensation decisions. As a member of our management team your compensation will be a mix of base salary and discretionary bonus determined by progress against mutually defined performance goals. Key Responsibilities:
