This position is responsible for all three of our facilities. We have a 'FACEBOOK' type of corporate office in GLENVEIW and a brand-new plant in LEMONT and our facility in NEVADA as well. - We will look forward to you unifying all three facilities under the corporate culture that we are so proud of. We are growing fast than we had hoped and are having more fun than we ever thought possible.We are looking for an energetic Global HR Director to support our passionate, steadfast team and continue to develop and cultivate our dynamic company culture! - -You will be the first point of contact and a pivotal resource for both the leadership team and the general administrative staff. -You'll also create and implement strategies and initiatives that benefit our team members and enhance our culture, and are aligned with the overall business goals!As the primary resource and facilitator, you will maintain open, clear communication with all team members and act as primary resource and facilitator for any and all human resources questionsOwn/manage all payroll and benefits administration (with your generalist handling the plant)Ensure company compliance with regulatory concerns and reporting, and all applicable federal and state laws;Be the primary owner of all employee onboarding and offboarding experiencesOversee performance management tools and processes; support all managers as they put these into practiceNurture a healthy, positive company culture. This includes: setting and communicating behavioral guidelines and expectations; organizing team-building activities; cultivating a sense of fun; modeling and enabling positive team interactions and communications; collaborating with other team members to maintain an inspiring and productive work environment.Partner with hiring managers to establish successful recruiting strategiesSupport current and future business needs by engaging, motivating, and preserving current talent and ensuring they have consistent opportunities for growthUse an analytical approach to support good business decisions and annually evaluate and implement changes to the human resources programs, processes and third party providers, when necessaryActively support the safety, welfare, wellness and health of our entire team and provide support and counseling when necessaryBe the energetic culture voice as needed and be an active and vocal advocate for People-related initiativesThe ideal perfect candidate will have a lot of energy, high level of professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit:
