Join our Operations team as Corporate Safety Director to oversee internal safety standards and ensure our people are safe on the job. Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage Uline's safety program, policies and procedures.
• Spearhead and direct department staff to successfully execute all safety initiatives.
• Oversee continual safety improvements and set annual objectives and targets.
• Monitor results and audit progress to recommend policies and procedures aimed at reducing safety risks and occupational health issues.
• Work with Human Resources to ensure proper execution of workers' compensation programs.
• Ensure safety program meets Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and Uline's standards. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years developing, implementing and / or managing a safety program in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with safety professionals, regulatory and / or industry organizations.
  • OSHA experience on a state or federal level preferred.
  • Workers' compensation experience a plus.
  • Available for travel to Uline's branch and international locations. Benefits
