Description:North Shore Pediatric Therapy in Glenview, IL is looking to hire a Clinical Director/Lead BCBA!We are offering a $10,000 sign on bonus for this location!As our Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in the management of our ABA division, taking charge of its operations, and providing invaluable leadership and direction to our dedicated team. This role is tailored for a passionate BCBA who is eager to step into a leadership position but may not yet accumulated extensive management and team leadership experience.
