looking to hire a Clinical Director/Lead BCBA!We are offering a
$10,000 sign on bonus for this location!As our Clinical Director,
you will play a pivotal role in the management of our ABA division,
taking charge of its operations, and providing invaluable
leadership and direction to our dedicated team. This role is
tailored for a passionate BCBA who is eager to step into a
leadership position but may not yet accumulated extensive
management and team leadership experience. This role offers a

and are excited to train, manage, and mentor your team of pediatric
professionals.You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited
about building relationships with other pediatric professionals,
managing the center's budget, ensuring compliance with relevant
laws and regulations, and ensuring the clinic meets productivity
minimums.You have Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a
related fieldAt least 1 year of experience as a BCBA, in good
standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and have at
least 3 years management experienceThose who know you describe you
as having unflappable patience and compassion. Autism affects each
person in diverse ways, and you will need to provide consistent,
