Join us to be part of a workplace where every day is a joyful adventure.Job Summary:We seek a passionate General Manager to oversee staff, budgets, and operations at our location. The role involves strategic planning, team management, policy enforcement, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful leader and confident decision-maker, committed to developing our team and maximizing success.Accountabilities:

• Supervise staff of 40-80+ employees
• Develop growth strategies and set goals
• Oversee recruitment and training
• Prepare reports for corporate management (receipts, payouts, P&L, etc.)
• Manage daily operations
• Resolve issues related to profits, employee conflicts, or competitionPrinciples, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with recruiters for interviews and onboarding
• Oversee employee training
• Communicate daily with team members and shift managers
• Handle escalated customer concerns
• Maintain safety standards
• Participate in special projects or holiday staffing as needed
• Promote teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for work
• Manage time effectively with a sense of urgencyQualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in business management (required)
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays, up to 45 hours/week
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 39 lbs
