Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's Human
Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically the UKG platform.
This role ensures the efficient operation, maintenance, and
enhancement of the HRIS to support HR functions and organizational
goals. The HRIS Manager collaborates with various departments to
optimize system performance, data integrity, and user
experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Key
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:System Management
& Optimization
- Oversee the daily operations of the UKG HRIS, ensuring system
integrity and performance. Manages all aspects of the planning,
development, testing, implementation, data management, customer
reporting and user support for human resource information systems
(HRIS), including integration with other business applications as
appropriate.
- Manage system configurations, upgrades, and enhancements,
working closely with HRIS analysts.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all HRIS modules.
Manage and oversee the integration of HR systems with other
enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and connectivity
between platforms.
- Develop and implement system policies, procedures, and best
practices. Identify opportunities to streamline, optimize, or
automate workflows.Data Analysis & Reporting
- Design and generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR
initiatives and compliance requirements.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to
HR leadership.User Support & Training
- Provide ongoing support for HRIS system including
troubleshooting issues, optimizing systems and processes, and
implementing new capabilities.
- Ensure all end user inquires and issues receive prompt and
proper resolution.
- Create and maintain user manuals, guides, and documentation for
both end users and internal teams. Ensure these remain up to date
as various system changes and enhancements are completedProject
Management
- Lead HRIS-related projects, including system implementations,
upgrades, and integrations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project
requirements are clearly defined and that objectives are met on
time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to
stakeholders.Compliance & Security
- Ensure HRIS complies with data protection regulations and
organizational policies.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive
HR data.
- Conduct regular audits to assess system security and data
integrity.Qualifications
- Proven experience managing HRIS platforms, preferably UKG.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.Education and
ExperienceRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology,
or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS management or a
similar role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team.Preferred:
- Certification in HRIS or related systems.
- Experience with system implementations and upgrades.Work
Environment/Physical Demands: General office environment where you

position is $80,000-$120,000 annually. Please note that the pay
range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the
time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors
including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and
