The After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) triages patients, families and caregiver's assistance by answering questions, resolving concerns and facilitating smooth access to care outside of normal business hours by making all types of visits to assess and manage symptoms. The After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for reporting symptom calls and interventions to the appropriate individuals. Full time salary and complete benefit package! Experience and Skills --- Associate Degree in Nursing
--- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois
--- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience, preferably in an acute care, home health, or hospice setting
--- Ability to demonstrate sound clinical judgement with minimal supervision
--- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and maintain a calming, professional presence in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
--- Flexibility to embrace change and effectively shift priorities
--- Computer skills (Word, Excel, patient database, e-mail), voicemail
--- Able to drive throughout Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs Preferred Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
--- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
--- Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
