We seek part-time and full-time patient care coordinators and aides in our Glenview location. The right candidates are "people persons," work well as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and are detail-oriented. Weekday availability is required.

Patient Care Coordinators and Physical Therapy Aides are responsible for coordinating patient care and facilitating a positive patient experience. Duties include including answering telephone, checking voicemail messages and returning calls, scheduling patients, accepting daily point of service patient payments and scanning and filing tasks, as well as administrative and billing duties, such as informing patients of physical therapy insurance coverage, and collecting billing and registration information. Our Patient Care Coordinators share knowledge about physical therapy, specialty services and referral requirements.

Additionally, these staff members support our physical therapists by restocking supplies, completing light cleaning tasks, laundry, and maintaining supplies and equipment in an organized manner.

This position requires proficient computer, typing and phone skills.
