Position Highlights:Position: Chief Therapist, Radiation
OncologyLocation: Glenbrook Hospital Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time
(40 hrs/wk)Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM with rotating hours
and on-call every 4-6 weeks rotating with all staff. Required
Travel: Travel to other sites required.What you will need:License:
IEMA license. Education: Completion of certified radiation therapy
program, BA preferred. Certification: BLS/CPR and ARRT
certification required.Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in
Radiation Therapy.What you will do:Assist the Manager in the
efficient operation of the Radiation Therapy Department. Oversees
the daily operations of the Radiation Therapy clinic, daily
supervision and yearly assessments of the staff therapist and
ancillary staff as needed. Ability to perform all aspects of the
staff therapist job duties. Administers ionizing radiation for the
purpose of treating diseases, primarily cancer. Delivers radiation
therapy treatments as prescribed by a radiation oncologist.
Performs simulations, treatment planning and special procedures
