Empowered Therapy, Inc. is always looking for fully licensed clinicians to join our growing private practice We are looking for clinicians who enjoy working with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, and who would work well in a collaborative environment. We are looking for someone well versed in treating adults and couples, and who has an interest in working with graduate students. You will have the opportunity to supervise post doctoral clinicians. We highly encourage you to apply if you have experience or additional training in working with couples and families, and the following presenting issues, including but not limited to, marital distress and conflict, communication issues, trust issues, infidelity, life transitions, family issues, substance use, and child/adolescent challenges. Special consideration will be given to clinicians who have the following: - Experience/training with couples and/or family therapy. - Experience with graduate students, emerging adulthood, and life transitions. - Certifications, such as EMDR, CADC, EFT, Imago, Gottman Method, etc. - We also encourage those who identify as POC and/or those who identify as LGBTQ+ to apply. Qualifications: - A Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related degree. Fully licensed PsyD or Ph.D. Must hold a current license in the state of Illinois. Experience working with couples and families.

• Experience with trauma work and trauma-informed approaches. Interest in collaborating with colleagues.
  • Ability to work full-time (minimum of 20 clients per week)
  • Telehealth clinicians must have consistent, easy acces to strong internet in a quiet place free of distractions. -COVID-19 considerations: Due to the ongoing global health pandemic, we are currently offering teletherapy services until it is appropriate to return to in-person services at the office. All services are being provided via Telehealth until further notice.
