Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial management and leadership, including
policy development and collaboration with executive management
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensure
compliance with relevant regulations
Lead the accounting department, manage a team, and implement
internal controls to safeguard assets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA
or MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at
least 5 years in a leadership role in healthcare or insurance
Strong knowledge of GAAP, STAT, and healthcare-specific
regulations
Proven ability to lead and develop a team
Proficiency in financial software and systems
