to Crains Chicago Business Fast 50 list.Job SummaryThe Staff
Therapist is responsible for providing clinical services to
children, adolescents and/or adults, as assigned, in order to help
Josselyn achieve its vision of Mental Health For All. The clinician
is held accountable for all related clinical, administrative, and
Quality and Compliance responsibilities.Essential Responsibilities
and MetricsProvides high quality services of therapy, counseling,
crisis intervention, case management, and client centered
consultation to clients and their familiesMaintains direct service
hours per month of 60% for advanced clinicians and 56% for
othersKeeps detailed, confidential records of client sessions,
progress, assessments, and treatment plansCreates IMCANS (IATP)
Assessment (Completes IATP within 30 days of initial meeting with
client, modifies and reviews as needed, updates and records IATP in
CIS as needed and ensures updates are completed prior to six months
due date) and complete the LOCUS in a timely fashionAll Progress
Notes will be entered into the medical record as soon as possible
but in no more than three business days of the date of serviceKeeps
EMR calendar, and any other primary sources, up to dateCoordinates
care with other clinical staff, both internal and external
providersAttends and participates at clinical presentations, and
all required meetingsIs responsive to all outreach and coordination
regarding client fees/paymentsParticipates in Accreditation and
Certification processes, Committee Work, Strategic Planning, and
Community Related Services as appropriate.QualificationsClinically
related graduate degree, including an M.A. in Counseling, MSW,
MSMFT, Psy.D, Ph.D in Psychology, or a degree which qualifies for a
QMHP in the state of IllinoisThree professional references that
