Job Description:
Details Department: Acute Rehab/Med Surg Schedule: Day shift,
36hrs/wk, 6:30am-3pm with every other week-end and holiday
requirements. Hospital: Sacred Heart Rehab Location: Mequon, WI

salary range at the time of the offer. Responsibilities Perform
basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under
supervision in assigned area. Aid with entry and exit of patients.
Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of
daily living. Report findings or changes in physical, mental and
emotional conditions to nursing staff. Document necessary records.
Responsible for keeping patient rooms clean and orderly as well as
maintaining medical equipment. Requirements Licensure /
Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month
(30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American
Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Aide
credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior
to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing
Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse
Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting
obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs
may be required by specific job locations. Education: High School
diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific
experience required. Note: Required professional
licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or
experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences Previous rehab
experience or long term care setting preferred. Ability to multi
task and manage a fast paced shift. Accountability to your
co-workers, effective, respectful communication and the ability to
