Home Health for a travel nursing job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline:
RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an
experienced Registered Nurse (RN) that is licensed or in the
immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Registered Nurse
(RN) licensure in the state of WI to work in the specialty area of
Home Health Care. - This is a contract, 5x8 days position.
(Monday-Friday) - HCHB and OASIS Experience Required - Guaranteed
40 Hours Weekly - Must meet minimum productivity expectation of 30
points per week - Territory: Greater Milwaukee area but subject to
change - No On Call Requirements Minimum Requirements include: -
Must have at least 1 year of Home Health experience within the past
3 years - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the state of
