Job Description:
Job Title: CT Technologist Job Specialty: CT Scanning Job
Duration: 26 weeks Shift: 3rd Shift Varies – Primarily Nights,
Preferably Weekend Program Thurs-Sun Guaranteed Hours: 40.00 hours
per week Experience: Minimum of one-year full-time equivalent
clinical experience in Diagnostic Radiology preferred; previous CT
experience is also preferred License: ARRT registered RT (R) in
diagnostic radiology and current State of Wisconsin license as a
Radiographer is required Certifications: Advanced certification in
CT required within 18 months of hire/transfer; American Heart
Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or
an equivalent is required within three months of hire Must-Have:
Open to learning, flexible, confident, reliable Job Description: -
Operate computed tomography (CT) and related equipment under the
direction of a radiologist. - Perform CT studies according to
specific guidelines, prescribed protocols, and utilize appropriate
radiation protection measures. - Review images and archive with
associated patient data. - Interact with imaging personnel, nursing
and medical staff, patients, and visitors. - Perform other duties
as assigned. - Schedule varies primarily during nights with a
preference for a weekend program from Thursday to Sunday.
