DextroMedical is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health Case Manager, Hospice for a travel nursing job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:Hospice - Discipline:RN - Duration:13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:8 hours, days - Employment Type:Travel Requirements: RN License for WI Visits: 5 visits per day Wound Care Experience Certified CPR/BLS Valid DL Reliable Vehicle Valid Car Insurance Mileage Reimbursement: .53 cent per mile No on-call Shift: M-F; 8am-4:30pm Elder Abuse training HIPAA training Infection prevention and control OSHA compliance DextroMedical Job ID BTSGJP. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
