Health for a travel nursing job in Rockford, Illinois. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline:
RN - Start Date: 02/08/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per
week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Home Health
RN, shift: 8a-5p M-F, every 3rd weekend., rotating holidays. At
least one-year experience as a professional nurse within the past
three years in an acute care setting. Experience in home health, IV
therapy, ER or oncology preferred. Cardiac or wound certification
preferred. Milage between visits paid. No local candidates within a
50 mile radius. IL lic, BLS.
