About Facility: o 6811 118th Ave, Kenosha, WI, 53142 General Information: o Rooms: 2 Linear Accelerators Census? Average patients/day? 20-45 o Minimum Years of Experience? 1 year of experience with Varian True Beam and Aria o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Adults only: all cancer related Patient Ratios: o 2:1 Required Licensure & Certifications: o BLS, ARRT-Radiation Therapy Skills required: o Required: Experience with Varian True Beam and Aria, Linear Accelerator experience, administering radiation treatments o Preferred: DIBH, SBRT Support within the Department: o Lead Therapist o Other Therapists o Providers o Leadership o RN staff Technology/Equipment: o EMR: Aria Floating: If yes, where? o No floating Orientation (facility and unit) : up to 1 week, based on comfort level Scheduling: o Weekend rotation: No weekends o On call?
