Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. We are
seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12
students within a vibrant school setting in Racine, WI. Multiple
openings are available for both certified SLPs and Clinical Fellows
(CFY), providing an excellent opportunity for professionals eager
to make an impact in a contract role for the current school year
(CSY). Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services
primarily to elementary school students, addressing diverse
communication needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school
personnel. Conduct assessments and monitor progress to support
student growth. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with
district and state guidelines. Participate in team meetings and
professional development opportunities. For CFY candidates,
supervision and mentorship will be provided to ensure success.
Qualifications/Desired Experience: Certification in Speech-Language
Pathology (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to
apply. Experience working with school-aged children in educational
settings is beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and
families. Commitment to student-centered care and evidence-based
practices. Location: Racine, Wisconsin. K-12 school environment.
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive pay rates: $50/hour for SLPs
with CCC certification, $45/hour for Clinical Fellows. Potential
for contract renewal based on performance and fit. This opportunity
