Aveanna Healthcare, a premier national provider in home healthcare, is looking for an experienced Home Health Administrator Director in our rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our home health services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. This role is pivotal in shaping the direction of our home health programs and requires a strong focus on patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Manage daily operations of home health services to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Direct and evaluate work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other personnel. Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems. Implement operational practices, define metrics to assess efficiency and effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments. Prepare and manage budgets, and make budgetary recommendations. Coordinate and liaise with healthcare professionals, external partners, and organizational departments. Proven leadership and organizational skills Strong understanding of healthcare regulations Ability to develop and implement comprehensive health care plans Proficient with healthcare IT systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license in health administration (if required by state) Preferred: Certified Healthcare Administrator (CHA), Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)
