Monday-Friday . Outpatient adults. /n /nRESPONSIBILITIES: /n /n*Physical Therapist will provide diagnostic, consultative and treatment services.Prefer Pelvic Health Certification. /n*Prefer 2 years experience. /n*Schedule: full time preferred Monday-Friday. No Weekends.2 locations. /n /n /nQUALIFICATIONS: /n /n*Physical Therapist as licensed by the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation. /n*PT with 2 yrs experience and Pelvic Health Certification preferred. /n*Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire. /n /n COMPENSATION: /n /n*$44/hr and up depending on experience. /n* Competitive salary and benefits available for those working 30 hrs/wk or more.
