as Director of Nursing within a secured correctional healthcare
setting in DuPage County, Illinois. The DON will oversee all
nursing operations, ensuring compliance with clinical,
professional, and facility standards while providing leadership to

• Participate in audits, quality assurance, and performance
improvement initiatives. • Ensure adequate staffing levels,
scheduling, and delegation of responsibilities. • Promote effective
