Remote Diagnostic Imaging PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics:
Mixed patient population Case Mix: CT, MRI, Ultrasound,
Mammography, X-Ray, PET FACILITY INFORMATION Coverage Area: - One
acute care hospital - One critical access hospital - One imaging
center - Several outpatient clinics Specialty Backup: Yes Support
Staff Available: onsite mammography, Interventional radiology, and
night coverage PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges
Required: Yes Credentialing Timeline: TBD COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

of imaging studies JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Indiana license (or
eligibility to obtain) Certifications: Board Certified/Board
Eligible in Radiology if new grad Experience: Experience reading a
high volume of diverse imaging preferred Other Qualifications: -
Excellent diagnostic skills - Ability to work collaboratively with
referring providers and support staff - Strong communication and
time management abilities DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Interpret
diagnostic imaging studies and generate reports in a timely manner
Collaborate with providers across hospitals, clinics, and imaging
centers Participate in quality assurance and improvement
initiatives Contribute to the continuity and quality of imaging
services throughout Baxter Health's network
