Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our team! Multiple shifts available - day or evening hours. Full-time or part time available!Pay is $18-19 per hour which includes hourly rate plus commissions. WE OFFER:

  • Responsible for answering incoming phone calls for the service department and assisting customers with scheduling service appointments for Ford and Toyota.
  • Escalate technical questions to service advisors as appropriate.
  • Research vehicle information in our system and check for any open service campaigns, recalls, or scheduled maintenance due on that vehicle, explain to customers, and notify the parts department as necessary.
  • Make outgoing calls to customers for service reminders, service recall notifications, etc. REQUIREMENTS:
    • MUST have great computer skills. You will be switching between multiple computer programs while on the phone with customers.
    • Experience scheduling appointments or reservations or other customer service experience outside of the auto industry is also acceptable.
    • Any previous experience working in an auto dealership is preferred.
    • Must have experience working directly with customers and demonstrate an outgoing and enthusiastic personality and patience when dealing with customers.
    • Bilingual is a PLUS but not required.
    • Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds ERA system and/or X-Time Scheduling system are a HUGE plus but not required and training will be provided on these systems.. Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel are required. MUST be computer proficient.
    • MUST be able to pass a criminal background check and provide three professional references prior to starting
