Job Description:
Human Resource Coordinator SUMMARY This role is responsible for
handling HR administrative tasks on a day-to-day basis for multiple
sites in the Midwest. While the position reports directly to an HR
Manager the role has strong dotted-line accountability to site
managers. Responsibilities will cover all phases of the employee
life cycle, from supporting recruitment and on- boarding, to
employee relations and policy administration. Includes items such
as benefit and leave administration, HRIS and employee file
maintenance, and support of HR projects, such as compensation and
employee development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential Functions
Statement COVID Administration Collection of forms Tracking testing
Reports Dayforce data entry Assisting with requisitions and market
data New Employee Orientation Posting Positions & Scheduling
interviews (internal roles & non-RPO) Drafting Offer letters for
Non-Exempt positions Completion and coordination of Onboarding /
Off-boarding Checklists Processing Leaves in Dayforce FMLA STD/LTD
Payroll Changes associated with Leaves Service awards (anniversary
& retirement) Open enrollment support Basic benefit guidance and
direction to Benefits Service Center Filing Compliance postings
Location policy signoff & online training (Compliance) Tracking
completion pulling reports from DayForce (performance reviews),
sign-ups for Health Screenings, etc. Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & ABILITIES Education, experience, and abilities: Bachelor's
Degree in a related field Excellent verbal and written
