Our client is seeking a Human Capital Management Generalist to support and enhance the full employee lifecycle-from talent acquisition and payroll to policy development and employee engagement. The Role: Own full-cycle recruitment across all levels Advise leaders on HR best practices, compliance, and performance management Develop and update policies and procedures that support business and employee success Participate in compensation reviews and provide workforce data insights Support benefit programs including open enrollment, leave administration, and employee communications Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and employee compensation statements Coordinate compliance training (anti-harassment, bias, etc.) and identify development opportunities Utilize Workday to manage HRIS, reporting, payroll, and talent acquisition functions You: Bachelor's degree required 7 years of progressive experience in human resources Strong background in talent acquisition, payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relations Experience working with or in highly regulated industries; financial services preferred Workday HCM experience strongly preferred Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, Employer-paid life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, Annual professional development stipend, Access to wellness programs and mental health resources and more Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
