Job Description:
Are you a strategic and hands-on HR professional who thrives in

Human Capital Management Generalist to support and enhance the full
employee lifecycle-from talent acquisition and payroll to policy
development and employee engagement. This role offers a unique
opportunity to blend operational execution with strategic business

workplace culture. The Role: Own full-cycle recruitment across all
levels Advise leaders on HR best practices, compliance, and
performance management Develop and update policies and procedures
that support business and employee success Participate in
compensation reviews and provide workforce data insights Support
benefit programs including open enrollment, leave administration,
and employee communications Assist with payroll audits,
reconciliations, and employee compensation statements Coordinate
compliance training (anti-harassment, bias, etc.) and identify
development opportunities Utilize Workday to manage HRIS,
reporting, payroll, and talent acquisition functions You:
Bachelor's degree required 7 years of progressive experience in
human resources Strong background in talent acquisition, payroll,
compensation, benefits, and employee relations Experience working
with or in highly regulated industries; financial services
preferred Workday HCM experience strongly preferred Comprehensive
