Bruning Dr About the Role This dynamic role merges Curriculum
Development with Systems and Technical Training delivery. You will
analyze, design, develop, and implement both web-based and
instructor-led training for Canon software and hardware products.
Additionally, you will deliver training sessions in both virtual
and classroom environments. This position requires full-time
presence at your assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory. Your
Impact • Develop and deliver technical training to internal and
external customers • Collaborate with the curriculum development
team to improve and refine training program content • Provide
coaching and constructive feedback to students to ensure the
support professionals efficiently meet course requirements •
Conduct dealer visits and discuss training needs on current
training programs and systems • Identify new application features,
and coordinate the information with other trainers and implement
key initiatives • Research, plan and evaluate the effectiveness of
processes, systems, procedures or methodologies through review and
evaluation of detailed data About You: The Skills & Expertise You
Bring - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience. -
Experience with servicing copier or production printing devices
highly preferred - Experience with Canon Software a plus, and
delivering training via WebEx Training Center, Adobe Connect,
VMWare or similar virtual platforms preferred - Working knowledge
of uniFLOW, uniFLOW online and Therefore preferred - Strong
analytical and communications skills and proficiency with MS Office
applications - Instructional Techniques for virtual and classroom
training or equivalent a plus - Knowledge of the International
Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction
(IBSTPI) competencies. Network Certification, Microsoft Certified
Professional (MCP), and Certified Network Administrator (CNA) or
equivalent preferred In accordance with applicable law, we are
providing the anticipated base salary for this role; $76,150 -
