Job Description Job Description Internal Medicine Physician- Elgin- IL Location: Elgin, IL Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $230,000 260,000 annually (based on experience) About the Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our growing healthcare team in the Chicagoland area. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across diverse populations — whether focusing on adult medicine or caring for patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality medical care in accordance with specialty certification and organizational policies. Champion and support quality improvement initiatives. Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to clinical support staff (NA, MA, LPN, RN, PA, NP). Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and organizational standards. Maintain productivity and efficiency while offering compassionate care. Participate in on-call coverage and inpatient rounding (as appropriate). Provide age-appropriate care across patient populations (Internal Medicine: adults; Family Medicine: all ages). Engage in ongoing training, consultations, and professional development. Uphold corporate compliance and organizational values. Perform additional duties as assigned.
