Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:* Lead a team of software consultants.* Manages, coaches and develops team to drive change and accountability.* Ensure team is fully trained in the Alpine suite of software products. * Provide leadership and direction to the team, manage dependencies and facilitate collaboration between sales, help desk and the other software consultants.* Drive best practices and consistency within the software consultant team.* Collaborate with sales, help desk and product managers to identify and correct customer pain points.* Ensure team members are contributing towards Alpine's short and long-term strategic goals* Provide metrics and regular status updates to senior leadership and project stakeholdersJob Requirements* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science preferred* 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role for technical team members* Strong presentation skills* SQL knowledge and familiarity with database and programming languages* Prior knowledge/expertise with Alpine software strongly preferred.* Superior communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization both internally and externally.* Excellent project management, problem solving and strong analytical skills.* Travel between 25-40%Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
